My story

Hi, I’m Tracey of Tracey’s Traveling Tea, LLC.  I have spent most of my life loving tea! I remember when I was little, my Aunt Sue didn’t like coffee and she would invite me to have tea with her. I always enjoyed my tea with cream and sugar, just a simple black tea. As I’ve grown older, so have my “tea taste buds” and I have begun to enjoy various herbal teas like Celestial Seasonings “Sleepy Time”, Chamomile and mint tea.

I became a true enthusiast in 1996 when I watched the movie Pride and Prejudice for the first time (in the theater). This movie led to my love of historical fiction, various historical television shows such as “Downtown Abbey” and “Bridgerton”, and it helped sculpt my interest in Tea Culture.

I am a lover of tradition, tea, hosting and of course, traveling! I have a passion for service and a love for people. I believe in showing people love through food and service! As well as hosting a welcoming space for people to enjoy each other’s company. Along with my love of tea, I adore traveling. I love to visit new places and see what they have to offer, it’s always a welcomed addition when I get to visit various tea shops! I enjoyed a recent trip to England and was able to experience a formal tea at the real “Downton Abbey” and I also went to a real “Tea house” as well as the Jane Austen museum. When I was more recently in Germany, I experienced the healing effects of tea, and found myself very interested in the natural herbs and salves.

I started to collect teapots and cups to start enjoying tea in the traditional “English” way at home. I love the 3-tier tray of yummy food and baked goods to accompany the chosen drink! I have now collected hundreds of tea sets and have hosted traditional teas at my own home for countless celebrations.

I’m so excited to share this passion with you at your own tea party in the comfort of your own home or desired location!
