Booking & Payment Policy

Reserving Your Date

To officially lock in your tea party on our calendar, a $50 non-refundable Reservation Deposit is required. This ensures your date is held exclusively for you.

Payment Schedule

  • 30 Days Prior: 50% of your remaining estimated balance is due. This allows us to begin sourcing artisanal ingredients and curated decor for your specific theme.

  • 7 Days Prior: Your final guest count and final balance payment are due.

  • Note: For events booked less than 30 days in advance, the reservation deposit and mid-term payment are due together at the time of booking.

Guest Minimums

To provide our full signature experience, we require a minimum of 8 guests for all food-inclusive packages. Smaller groups are welcome, but a flat service minimum (equivalent to the 8-guest rate) will apply.

Travel & Service Area

Tracey’s Traveling Tea proudly serves the Denver Metro area, including Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Centennial.

  • Complimentary Travel: Within 30 miles of [Your Zip Code].

  • Extended Travel: Locations 31–50 miles away (including Boulder and Castle Rock) incur a flat $35 travel fee.

  • Beyond 50 Miles: Please contact us for a custom travel quote.

Cancellations & Damages

Because our menu items are artisanal and made-to-order, events canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for the replacement cost of any significantly damaged vintage china or linens.
